You Can Play This

A game jam built around a simple belief: accessibility is a creative advantage, not a constraint.

The idea

Design for more players from the very first sketch.

You Can Play This invited teams to make games with accessibility at the centre of the creative process. The theme—Senses—encouraged participants to explore how games communicate, respond and include.

Noodle Goose shaped the experience with Wero during Toronto Games Week, supported by Unity.

A creative brief

A strong theme made accessibility an engine for ideas rather than a compliance checklist.

A playable community

New and experienced developers built alongside each other, shared knowledge and tested in public.

A reusable format

The model can be adapted for studios, schools, communities and organizations that want inclusive innovation.
