Hello, this is Co-Founder Karen speaking. I'm all about supporting people with communication disorders, learning disabilities and complex care needs, along with their circle of care. Our Process:
1. Connect: We meet online or in-person to discuss your vision.2. Pitch: We pitch and propose a plan.3. Commit: We sign service contracts that clearly outline the service, project scope, responsibilities and timelines. The client provides 75% of the project fee upfront. 4. Consultation begins.5. Follow-up: We schedule and complete regular follow-ups to obtain and implement your feedback. 6. Asset Handover: If our team developed any assets for you, we will hand them over as they are completed during the service period.7. Consultation Completion: Client completes the remaining 25% payment.
